Dakota Partners

Founded in 2006, Dakota Partners is a Massachusetts-based real estate developer and builder, dedicated to the craftsmanship of residential housing. Over the past 14 years Dakota Partners has successfully completed over 100 residential projects, which include exquisitely designed homes and rental communities across New England. With a focus on improving quality of life, we integrate a high level of design, green building technologies, and traditional workmanship into all of our projects in the creation of vibrant and attractive communities.

Dakota Partners has been exceptionally successful at developing urban and suburban residential communities in high barrier to entry markets. Stockbridge Landing is but one example of this tradition. Nestled in the picturesque New England town of Scituate, this condominium community incorporates all of the best characteristics of a livable hamlet: finely designed homes with modern amenities, greenery and open space, and proximity to the downtown and beaches. Other notable Dakota projects, which exemplify our longstanding design and human sensibility, include the redevelopment of a turn-of-the-century brick rectory to a community of townhomes and single family homes at Lafayette Green in Newton, MA, an adaptive reuse project transforming an industrial facility into ten modern condominiums at Park Street in Somerville, MA, the historic rehabilitation of a 19th century firehouse turned into luxury lofts at Ladder 3 Lofts in Lynn, MA, and nineteen townhomes and flats with magnificent views of Cambridge and the hills of Belmont at Weston Avenue in Somerville, MA.

Led by founders Roberto Arista and Marc Daigle, Dakota’s development and construction teams have decades of experience in the design, development, and construction of residences and residential buildings.
